Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Professional Card was granted a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in, was delighted with the result. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with the machine along with bent-over rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
